Sahar has extensive experience working in Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining advisory in New York and Toronto. Her experience ranges through a suite of investment banking services with a focus on global M&A.
Most recently, Sahar was Vice President of Mining & Metals at Barclay’s Capital in Toronto where she advised on multi-billion dollar transformative transactions as well as divestments of mining assets in Africa and South America. She is experienced across all areas of mining M&A activity, including in assessing and implementing optimal structuring solutions.
Sahar started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Saudi Fransi Capital.
Sahar holds an MBA from Georgetown University.
